For the commercial basic education with and without vocational baccalaureate (BM1) in Zurich, we are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality who enjoys supporting learners and teachers and actively shaping our further development.
Your tasks
- Co-management of the commercial basic education (EFZ/BM1) at our Zurich location, starting date by arrangement
- Professional and personnel management of the teaching staff
- Support and individual promotion of learners
- Planning, organisation and quality assurance of school processes
- Participation in the recruitment of new learners and conducting information events
- Teaching in commercial basic education (EFZ/BM1)
Your profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree
- Vocational pedagogical qualification (or willingness to acquire one)
- Teaching experience in commercial basic education
- High motivation for leadership, organisation and school development
- Enjoyment in working with young people and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strong communication skills, solution orientation and team spirit
