Tasks

For our client, we are looking for a committed leader who professionally, organisationally and personally manages a residential area with 36 residents.

You lead your team with appreciation, working about 40% in management and 60% actively in nursing.

Together with the Caring management, you further develop processes, implement annual goals and contribute to projects and working groups. You also take on budget responsibility and ensure professional, resident-oriented care quality. In doing so, you create an environment where employees take responsibility and can develop further.
