• Personnel and professional leadership of the chassis and transmission purchasing team
• Responsibility for achieving agreed goals while adhering to budget, schedule, and quality requirements
• Planning and coordination of tasks within the team
• Optimisation of existing processes, structures, and workflows to increase efficiency and profitability
• Close collaboration with internal interfaces to achieve cross-departmental goals

• Several years of experience in purchasing as well as initial leadership experience
• Technical understanding and a good sense of economic contexts
• Completed higher education
• Assertiveness, decisiveness, and organisational talent
• Communicative personality with a solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in supporting people and achieving success together
• Fluent in German and English for negotiation
