Tasks

• Independent handling and support of benefit and integration cases in the field of social insurance.
• Verification of entitlement requirements as well as obtaining and evaluating relevant documents.
• Telephone and written communication with insured persons, medical professionals, employers and other stakeholders.
• Coordination of case investigations in collaboration with internal and external specialist offices.
• Comprehensible documentation and preparation of decision-making bases.
• Competent provision of information and clear explanation of benefit decisions.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with vocational baccalaureate
• Medical knowledge or experience in the social insurance sector
• Enjoyment in handling demanding administrative issues
• Initial professional experience in a structured administrative role is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, high independence and careful working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in contact with different stakeholders
