- Professional and operational leadership of the team and case management for your own clients
- Ensuring high-quality, recovery-oriented care
- Management of daily operations (quality, resources, processes)
- Leading reports, case discussions, and employee dialogues
- Coordination within the interprofessional network and co-design of the service offering

- Leadership experience or proven leadership competence
- Experience in complex psychosocial case management
- Experience in outpatient care is an advantage
