In nine municipalities in the Leimental region, we offer inpatient and outpatient care and support services. This offering is complemented by the possibility of semi-inpatient stays in the senior day and night centre. The Blumenrain Foundation is shaped by around 300 employees who act independently in the interest of the community. Your tasks with us:

You are part of a flexible care pool and support our locations in the inpatient area on a needs basis. You will be deployed where short-term support is required. We are flexible regarding the workload. Whether fixed or on call, we accommodate your wishes.

Our expectations of you:

• Completed training in the care sector (HF, FAGE, AGS, SRK care assistant)
• Willingness for flexible working hours and different places of deployment
• Sense of responsibility and an independent working style
• Good written and spoken German skills
