Job Description

Under the responsibility of the Domain Manager Retail Solutions, your main mission will be to ensure the technical leadership of the IT CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) ecosystem by defining and evolving robust, secure, and scalable digital solutions, fully integrated into Audemars Piguet’s application landscape. This new role actively contributes to Audemars Piguet’s ambition in the second-hand market by supporting an innovative roadmap focused on the customer experience.

As the technical referent of the domain, you guide development teams in architectural choices and key technical decisions. You ensure the application of quality, cybersecurity, and development standards, while ensuring the excellence of deliveries.

At the interface between business teams, Business Analysts, architects, and technology partners, you contribute to the technical roadmap of the platform and support the success of this strategic programme for our company.

Within this framework, your main responsibilities will be:

• Steering the technical directions of the CPO platform to guarantee the coherence, maintainability, security, and scalability of deployed solutions
• Assuming the role of technical referent for the entire CPO scope, supporting teams in architectural decisions and key technological choices
• Ensuring compliance with architecture, development, cybersecurity, and data protection standards
• Leading the definition and evolution of the platform’s technical roadmap, ensuring its alignment with business priorities, IT strategy, and programme objectives
• Collaborating closely with Business Owners, Business Analysts, and architects to translate functional needs into robust, high-performance, and sustainable solutions
• Guaranteeing the quality of deliveries through best software engineering practices, test automation, and continuous integration
• Ensuring the proper integration of the CPO platform with Audemars Piguet’s application ecosystem (e.g. ERP, CRM, after-sales tools)
• Managing partners and development teams, while promoting skills development, sharing of best practices, and technical excellence

Qualifications

• Higher education in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent field.
• More than 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex digital solutions.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, ideally on CommerceTools or on market-leading e-commerce platforms.
• Significant experience in an international Retail environment, with a good understanding of omnichannel and multicultural challenges.
• Strong expertise in software development, service-oriented architectures, APIs, and system integration.
• Experience with Cloud environments, DevOps, CI/CD, as well as engineering practices promoting quality and automation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, enabling effective collaboration with business, product, architecture teams, and external partners.
• You are fluent in French and have very good knowledge of English.
