IOTA GROUP is strengthening its project team with its partner in Geneva and is recruiting a Building Automation / MCR Project Manager with responsibility for managing projects from design to commissioning.

Job Description

You will take charge of building automation, MCR and BMS projects completely independently. Your tasks include:

• Analysing the needs of technical lots, notably heating, ventilation, air conditioning and electricity.
• Designing the MCR / BMS architecture as well as the regulation and operation principles of the installations.
• Defining the interfaces between controllers, technical equipment and supervision or hypervision systems.
• Ensuring integration and communication between building systems.
• Contributing to the definition and optimisation of the energy concept.
• Coordinating technical stakeholders, monitoring execution, testing and commissioning.
• Ensuring compliance with technical requirements, deadlines and project quality.

Qualifications

• Technical training in automation, electrical engineering, building services engineering, regulation or a similar field.
• Proven experience in building automation, MCR / BMS or HVAC regulation. About ten years of experience is a good benchmark, provided full autonomy in project management.
• Good knowledge of controllers and regulation systems, as well as HVAC installations.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX or M-Bus and experience with supervision or hypervision systems.
• Ability to build a comprehensive technical solution involving several disciplines and to communicate with various stakeholders.
• French required; English appreciated. EU passport required.
• Previous experience in Switzerland is not essential.

• Work pattern: resident position, 5 days per week
