What you can achieve with us

• General assurance of punctual and economical operation on the network; directing, monitoring and dispatching train traffic

• Production planning / AVOR in the short-term area (48h) such as rolling stock, locomotive and train crew disposition as well as support for BF-S (timetable and production planning)

• Independent handling of train service tasks under difficult conditions and increased demands

• Responsibility in the disruption management process (alerting – handling – resumption of normal/ordered operation) within the area of responsibility including rolling stock, locomotive and train crew disposition

• Ensuring high-quality customer information at the stations

• Independent completion of administrative tasks and assigned departmental duties

The experience you bring

• Vocational training EFZ or equivalent qualification

• Completed training as train traffic controller

• Certificate as train dispatcher category B according to ZSTEBV

• Very good knowledge of the processes for carrying out rail production and managing disruptions

• Very good knowledge of regulations and operational processes as well as technical aids

• Willingness for on-call duty (intervention on site / control centre)
