Network electricians at BKW Rail assemble, dismantle and repair overhead lines for railway operations. You can expect a varied working day full of challenges in well-coordinated teams that will actively support you during your three-year training with us.
Your Tasks
During your training, you are responsible for the assembly, dismantling and repair of overhead lines for railway operations. You work with modern tools and machines, such as cranes, lifting platforms, work locomotives, dual-mode vehicles and measuring instruments. You carry out all work in compliance with safety standards. As a network electrician, you work in a team, mostly outdoors in all weather conditions. Cooperation and mutual trust are essential.
