Plant and Metalworker 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Processing and assembly of sheet metal parts and components according to technical specifications, mainly from stainless steel materials

• Manufacture of various components with your professional welding skills (MIG/TIG mandatory)

• Independent preparation and setup of production equipment to ensure timely order fulfilment

• Supervision of projects from the initial sketch through production to final assembly

• Ensuring and maintaining the highest quality standards

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed technical vocational training in the metal sector, for example as a plant and apparatus builder, construction locksmith, or metalworker with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)

• Several years of practical experience in processing chrome-nickel steel fine sheets and similar materials

• Excellent welding skills in MIG and TIG processes - these are essential for the position

• Strong quality awareness combined with an independent and structured working style

• High level of reliability, commitment, and initiative

• Passion for precise metalworking and enjoyment of working in a small team

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form for daily communication

• Resilient personality with a consistently results-oriented working style
