Operator Thin Film Manufacturing Electroplating 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent operation and monitoring of electroplating and production equipment during the night shift

• Execution and supervision of electroplating coating processes

• Control and documentation of process and quality specifications

• Ensuring high product quality and prevention of contamination

• Performing control and measurement tasks

• Detecting and independently resolving or reporting deviations and malfunctions

• Adhering to safety, quality, and hygiene regulations

• Careful documentation of completed work and relevant process data

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician, electroplater, or comparable experience in an electroplating company

• Permanent night shift

• Experience in electroplating, surface treatment, or a comparable production environment is an advantage

• Independent and responsible working style, especially during the night shift

• Good comprehension as well as high flexibility and resilience

• Reliable, precise, and careful working method

• Good understanding of quality requirements and contamination prevention

• Fine motor skills are an advantage

• First aid training is an advantage or willingness to complete it
