About the job
- You take over the needs- and resource-oriented, individual treatment and care of our patients within your competencies in the inpatient setting.
- You are responsible for professional care as well as the implementation of care standards and document relevant events as well as your services.
- You are part of an interdisciplinary team and can apply all your professional skills there.
- You care for and treat patients during the night shift and carry out medical orders.
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (for foreign diplomas, SRK recognition or a positive SRK pre-check is required).
- Professional experience in long-term care or gerontopsychiatry is an advantage or you are interested in deepening your knowledge in this area.
- You have high social competence, communication skills, and empathy in dealing with patients. In addition, you are flexible and resilient.
- You are interested in working in a multiprofessional team in the field of psychiatry as well as in the care of people with high support needs.
- You bring very good German skills (at least C1) and good IT user skills to the administrative tasks.
