Carpenter for Service and Repair Work
Tasks
- Independently carry out service, repair and maintenance work on buildings, windows, doors and wooden elements
- Identify, analyse and professionally remedy damage to buildings, roofs, façades and interior fittings
- Perform roof, façade and building inspections as well as maintenance work to preserve value
- Be responsible for the repair and replacement of roof windows, windows, doors, shading and other building components
- Lay and repair terrace floors as well as implement adjustment and supplementary work
Requirements
- Completed training as a carpenter with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or a comparable craft qualification
- Enjoyment of varied tasks and direct contact with customers
- Independent, solution-oriented and responsible working style
- Manual dexterity and interest in service, repair and maintenance work
- Valid driving licence category B
