Your tasks
- Planning and implementation of commercial activities
- Planning and implementation of actions to acquire new clients, as well as monitoring and developing relationships with existing customers
- Administrative sales management (preparation of order documents via instructions addressed to the internal service)
- Assistance in planning and implementing mailings, as well as their follow-up
- Customer advice and sales by telephone
- Telephone follow-up of quotes as needed
- Management and updating of the CRM system (correct and up-to-date data entry, e.g. customer contacts)
Your profile
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- External sales professional, with at least 3 years of experience
- A good knowledge of the media sector in Switzerland and an already established network of contacts in French-speaking Switzerland are a major asset
- Team spirit and entrepreneurial mindset, working independently with the support of a team
- A keen sense of initiative, strong ambition and a strong customer orientation
- Knowledge of MS Office software applications
- Excellent command of French, good knowledge of German desired
