For our ROCKEN partner, an established and regionally well-rooted real estate service company in Central Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced professional in property management.
The company manages a broad portfolio of residential and commercial properties and combines personal advice with modern infrastructure, well-coordinated specialist departments, and high service quality.
In this role, you will take on your own portfolio and act as the central contact person for owners, tenants, and internal specialist departments. You can expect a responsible position with plenty of scope for design, short communication paths, and a professional environment in Lucerne.
Responsibilities:
You independently and comprehensively manage your own property portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties
You are the central contact person for owners, tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities
You manage rentals, re-rentals, tenancy agreements, vacancy management, and cost control
You coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovation issues in close cooperation with construction management and external partners
You work closely with the property accounting department and ensure clean administrative and financial management
Qualifications:
You hold the Swiss federal certificate of competence in property management or a comparable qualification in the real estate sector
You have several years of experience in managing residential properties, ideally complemented by commercial properties
You possess sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy law and present yourself confidently to owners and tenants
You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and communicate professionally with different stakeholders
You have very good German and good English skills.
