About the job
Your missions- Coordination and autonomous execution of service interventions for our Mikron Mill milling machines and StepTec spindles
- Writing service reports
- In-depth analysis and diagnosis of recurring errors and determination of causes in close collaboration with the Development and Assembly departments
- Performing advanced PLC software diagnostics and detailed error descriptions for the software service, and troubleshooting assistance in coordination with them
- Support and assistance to our sales companies and customers for technical questions within the scope of 2nd level support
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in CNC machine maintenance
- Very good knowledge of the Heidenhain control system (from iTNC 530)
- Knowledge of applications on CNC milling machines
- Independent and motivated to acquire new knowledge
- Willingness to travel worldwide up to approximately 80%
- Very good command of German and English
