The Youth House Association is looking, for 1 January 2027, within L’appar’t des épinettes

The Association's mission is to welcome, supervise and support young people in their difficulties, so that they gain autonomy. L’appar’t des épinettes is part of the day socio-educational centres of the Canton of Vaud. The main mission of L’appar’t is to provide non-residential socio-educational assistance to young people facing family, relational and school difficulties, in close collaboration with families and requesting services. The development of a new care model within the ASEJ is underway.

• You are… :

Holder of a HES social educator diploma or considered equivalent. You can demonstrate 5 years of experience in boarding schools, working with adolescents. Your experience with school networks, work with families and your qualities as a facilitator are major assets. You have very good knowledge of the Vaud health and socio-educational network. Due to our work with minors, your criminal record must be clean.

• Working at L’appar’t as an educator means in particular… :

- Ensuring quality individual and group educational follow-up.
- Actively collaborating with schools and families.
- Organising and participating in group and individual activities (meal preparation, homework help, camps, outings, weekends, etc.)
- Having skills in network management (families, DGEJ, DGEO)
- Participating in the development and stabilisation of the service
- Ensuring rules and cleanliness of the premises
- Participating in conferences, supervisions and various committees.
