Health Specialist EFZ with additional vocational training function 50-100%

Your tasks

• Care and support of guests in everyday and demanding situations together with a well-coordinated team
• Electronic care documentation using "Care-Coach"
• Care-related and medical-technical activities
• Collaboration in the implementation of the care process and taking over reference care
• Providing oral and written reports
• Assisting in the creation of care plans
• Day responsibility in early and late shifts
• Professional support of apprentices FaGe in everyday work 

Your profile

• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Experience in long-term care (advantageous)
• Trainer qualification advantageous or willingness to complete further training
• Confident communication in German (spoken and written)
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to complete further training as MDS Coordinator or RAI Supervisor
