Job Description

Care Manager (50%):

As a Care Manager, you accompany surgical patients before, during, and after their hospital stay
From the medical history to the follow-up call, you provide advisory support to the patient
You coordinate collaboration between various service providers
You organise appropriate follow-up solutions as needed

Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH (30-50%):

You treat and care for patients during their hospital stay
You assist in ensuring optimal and competent nursing care
Medical-technical, administrative, and domestic tasks are part of your responsibilities
You enjoy supporting trainees.
You help ensure smooth departmental operations while considering cost-effectiveness

Qualifications

Training as a nursing specialist HF, professional experience in an acute hospital
An independent, competent, and innovative personality
Willingness to take responsibility and work as part of a team
A careful, precise, and independent working style
Willingness to embrace innovations and develop professionally
Very good German skills (spoken and written) and oral French skills (or willingness to learn them)
