The Electricity Distribution Management builds, maintains, and operates the electricity distribution network. Through the development of innovative offers, it ensures the technological mastery of projects such as the realization of the smart grid or public lighting.
To lead the Infrastructure Management unit, the asset management department, the Electricity Distribution Management is looking for a
Infrastructure Network Management Responsible
Mission:
- Reporting directly to the Electricity Distribution Director, as the asset management responsible, you develop the investment and maintenance strategy for optimal valuation of the electricity distribution network infrastructures
- You establish long-term master plans and annual budgets to ensure the evolution and renewal of the electricity network
- As the representative of the network infrastructure owner, you define the technical standards, essential data for network management, and oversee the implementation of associated IT tools
- You are capable of leading a multidisciplinary team of about 20 people and maintaining a good partnership with external stakeholders
Profile:
- You hold a degree in engineering EPF/HES or equivalent in the field of electrical energy, complemented by training in financial management
- You have at least 5-10 years of experience in the energy sector, including at least two of the following areas: physical asset management, design, project management, or operation
- As a native French speaker, you master German and/or have solid knowledge of English
- Your skills in using risk management tools, CMMS, MS Office, and D365 are confirmed. Skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are an advantage
- You have experience in team management and your leadership is recognized. Additionally, you possess excellent skills in analysis, communication, and collaboration
