Customer Advisor Customer Service Center (all)

• You are the hub of our service-oriented center and act as the central contact person for our customers
• Your responsibilities range from answering telephone inquiries to back-office tasks to independently handling customer-oriented processes using modern communication tools
• You take the concerns of our customers seriously, quickly recognize their needs, and inspire them with your committed and expert advice

• You have completed basic training EFZ/EBA or a comparable qualification and have already gained experience in customer consulting
• You enjoy direct customer contact and score with your excellent communication skills
• Your working style is characterized by accuracy and independence, and you have excellent knowledge of MS Office
• You have good German and French skills in spoken and written form, which ideally complement your profile.
