For an established pension fund based in Bern, we are looking to strengthen the experienced team with a professionally competent and customer-oriented personality.

Your main tasks

• Independent handling of all benefit cases (old age, death, disability) including complex constellations

• Analysis of medical case assessments and review of IV preliminary decisions

• Implementation of benefit determinations, settlements and overcompensation calculations

• Written and oral advice to pension recipients as well as external bodies

• Close cooperation with the finance department regarding pension payments and annual financial statements

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or comparable qualification

• Further training as a specialist in occupational benefits or several years of experience in benefit processing in the social insurance sector

• Confident German; good knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage

• High service awareness, initiative, reliability and enjoyment of working on site in a team
