Tasks

Skills
- Open-minded and empathetic individual with long-term care experience.
- Knowledge in palliative care and RAI/RUG systems preferred.
- Excellent German language skills with understanding of Swiss dialect.

About the job
We are a nursing home committed to dementia care as well as palliative care in primary care for 84 people aged 18 and over. The care concept is based on relationship-centred care in the maieutic sense
We are looking for a Health Specialist EFZ 80%-100% by arrangement
Your main task
- Professional care and support of our residents according to your competencies
- Contact person for employees in the assistant function, trainees and interns
- Responsibility as a key nurse and MDS coordinator for the care process and the correct implementation of the RAI/RUG system, including documentation
Your profile
- Open, empathetic personality with experience in long-term care
- Knowledge of palliative care and RAI/RUG is an advantage or willingness to acquire it
- Very good oral and written German skills; understanding of the Swiss German language
- Enjoyment in supporting trainees as a vocational trainer and promoting learning within the team
