Architect or Architectural Draughtsperson, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will work on versatile projects (design / detailed planning) in the areas of residential and commercial buildings as well as renovations
• You will coordinate collaboration with the client and other project partners
• You will also maintain an overview regarding design, functionality, cost-effectiveness and sustainability
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a degree as an architect ETH / FH or equivalent
• Alternatively, an architectural draughtsperson / building draughtsperson with experience in the above tasks is also possible
• Solid professional experience as a project manager is a great advantage
• Do you consider yourself creative, communicative and solution-oriented?
