Your tasks

You pamper our guests with fresh and regional dishes
Preparation of dishes at various stations such as pizzas
Assistance in the preparation of hot and cold drinks
Mise en place for daily operations
Goods receipt control
Monitoring of kitchen hygiene
Daily preparation and cleaning tasks (terrace seating, snow clearing, etc.)

What you bring with you

Experience in gastronomy desired but not required, cooking training an advantage
Willingness to work flexible hours and evening shifts
Physical resilience, reliability, team player, quick comprehension and ability to keep an overview in stressful situations
You can communicate in understandable German and preferably understand Swiss German
Enjoy experiencing a winter season in the Bündner mountains
