Your tasks
- Supporting residents towards the greatest possible self-determination and competent participation in various areas of life
- Taking on areas of responsibility in the department and residential home
- Collaboration in projects and specialist groups within Brändi
- Contact with specialist agencies and social environment
- Carrying out administrative and organisational tasks
Your profile
- Care Specialist EFZ, Health Specialist EFZ
- Committed personality with interest in personal and professional development
- Team player with composure, humour and assertiveness
- Good organisational skills and proficient use of digital tools
- Willingness to work flexibly in day, evening, weekend and on-call shifts
