Polymechanic in the CNC Turning Sector 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires a skilled polymechanic specialising in CNC turning to undertake the following tasks:

• Precise machining of production parts on modern turning centres, especially on twin-spindle lathes from DMG/Mori Seiki with bar feeders, for both single items and small series

• Independent creation and continuous optimisation of CNC programmes, including proactive suggestions to increase efficiency through innovative tooling solutions

• Proper selection and preparation of tools and measuring instruments for a smooth and efficient production process

• Competent implementation of technical drawings into precise metal components with the highest accuracy

• Ensuring consistent quality standards through careful inspections and measurements

• Responsible maintenance and care of machines to ensure optimal operational readiness

• Dedicated support and professional guidance of polymechanic apprentices to pass on your valuable expertise

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed vocational training in mechanical manufacturing (preferably polymechanic EFZ)

• You bring solid experience in CNC turning and feel at home with complex machining processes – ideally, you also have knowledge of CNC milling

• You can demonstrate experience with twin-spindle lathes (DMG/Mori Seiki) with bar feeders

• Your working style is characterised by high precision, reliability, and a structured approach

• You are proficient in common MS Office applications
