Robot MAG Welder (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Operating, setting up and monitoring MAG welding robots
• Programming and optimising welding processes on robot systems (IGM and Kubot)
• Ensuring timely and high-quality production
• Performing quality, visual and dimensional inspections of welded components
• Reworking and repairing weld seams as needed
• Reading and implementing technical drawings and welding plans
• Maintenance and care of welding systems and equipment
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes

Your Profile

• Completed training in the metal sector, e.g. as a plant and apparatus builder, metalworker, production mechanic or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in MAG welding and ideally in robot welding
• Experience in setting up and operating welding robots
• Confident reading of technical drawings
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
• High quality awareness and technical understanding
• Team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
