We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as Assistant Manager / Manager (100%) in Risk Consulting – Control Testing for our Zurich location.
Your task
As Assistant Manager / Manager in our Risk Consulting team in Zurich, you take responsibility for the following topics:
- Leading and managing Control Testing mandates including planning, scoping, resources and budget control as well as scheduling
- Technical responsibility for the design and operating effectiveness testing of controls as well as ensuring high quality of results and documentation
- Analysis of regulatory requirements and translating these into sound risk and control assessments in the areas of Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Active stakeholder and client management: ongoing coordination, target group-appropriate communication of results, and support of remediation and follow-up measures
Your profile
We are looking for a motivated individual who is ready to invest and move forward. To fulfill these tasks with joy and success, you have:
- A completed degree (for example in business informatics, business administration, computer science, law)
- More than 4 years of professional experience in risk management, internal audit, or in the area of internal control systems (ICS) – ideally in the financial services environment
- Understanding of regulatory requirements as well as related topics such as compliance and governance; ability to translate these into risk/control assessments
- Advantageous: experience with GRC tools and data analysis (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, SwissGRC, SAP GRC, Power BI/Excel)
- Certifications such as CIA or CISA – or motivation to obtain them
- Strong team and communication skills as well as confident, professional appearance in client contact
- High personal responsibility, structured working style, and interest in further development in a growing, innovative environment.
- Fluent in German and English; French skills are an advantage
