Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the care process of the patients assigned to you, based on the care models applied at Lengg Clinic
• You supervise and support our FaGe trainees in the role of trainer
• Within the framework of an LAG concept, you independently promote practice-oriented education and are responsible for the qualification process
• You competently care for and support our patients in an interprofessional treatment team consisting of therapists, doctors, and logistics staff

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a Health Specialist EFZ
• You are passionate about vocational training, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and possess the necessary tact and social skills when dealing with trainees
• Further training as a trainer SVEB or willingness to complete it
• You are a resilient, communicative, and open personality and enjoy working in a team
• You demonstrate high social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives
• Good organisational skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration complete your profile
