HR Administration & Payroll Specialist 80–100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Deputy for the Head of HR Services
- Administrative processing of employee entries, exits, and changes in SAP
- Maintenance and control of master data in the HR/payroll system
- Processing, billing, and controlling of daily sickness benefits, social security contributions, and withholding tax
- Preparation of personnel key figures, controlling data, and general evaluations
- Participation in personnel cost budgeting
- Assumption of further administrative HR tasks and contact person for administrative HR concerns
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Further training as a social insurance clerk, HR assistant, or payroll specialist
- Professional experience in payroll, ideally in healthcare
- Experience in report creation, preferably with SAP HCM, as well as very good Excel skills
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
- Strong affinity for numbers, pronounced customer orientation, and strong sense of responsibility
