Vocational Training Officer Emergency Care (60–100 %)
Your tasks
- Focus: You are responsible for the practical training of emergency care students and enable them to receive practical and competent further education.
- Innovation: You further develop our training and bring in new ideas.
- Accompany training paths: From introduction to final examination, you accompany our students through the demanding emergency routine.
- Coach teams: You support our vocational trainers in everyday life, advise them professionally and take on coaching and leadership tasks as needed.
- In the thick of it rather than just observing: You regularly work directly in nursing and deliberately use real emergency situations as learning moments.
Your profile
- Training: Dipl. Expert NDS HF Emergency Care with a passion for emergencies
- Expertise: Federal specialist certificate trainer or willingness to obtain it
- Experience: Several years of practical experience in emergency care
- Passion: Enthusiasm for supporting and accompanying students
