The Laiteries Réunies Genève Group is one of the leading Swiss players in the agri-food sector.

Specialising in the sale of dairy products and fresh products for gastronomy and retail trade in French-speaking Switzerland, our company located in Plan-les-Ouates is looking for a Purchaser to strengthen its Trading Purchasing team within Vivadis SA.

Your main tasks

•  At the heart of the supply chain, you are responsible for the control, entry and monitoring of orders for a defined portfolio of items.
• You ensure coordination between several departments: logistics, sales, finance and numerous suppliers.
• Ensure supplier follow-up: deadlines, delivery, receipt, complaints.
• Ensure proper stock management, inventories and any anomalies.

Your profile

• With training in purchasing and/or logistics, commercial CFC or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role of at least 3 to 5 years.
• Comfortable with numbers, IT knowledge: Office suite, ERP (M3 Movex, SAP).
• You have a team spirit, a sense of priorities and the ability to be versatile.
• You are conscientious, flexible and proactive.
