Due to a restructuring, we are looking for a team leader for the shared living community in Uzwil

80%, starting December 1, 2025, or by agreement

You can expect a diverse and exciting work environment:

• Personnel, organizational, professional, and business management of the team
• Ensuring the quality of care and implementation of professional concepts
• Further development of accompanying processes
• Participation in support and care (approx. 40%)
• Collaboration and networking in internal committees (e.g., team leader meetings, working groups)

You bring:

• Diploma as a social educator (HF/FH) or in a related profession

• Leadership training is an advantage

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Reliable, resilient, and open personality with a sense of humor
