The Rotacher Care Centre is an important partner in healthcare for the sponsoring municipalities of Dietlikon, Wallisellen and Wangen-Brüttisellen. 108 people are competently and professionally cared for by 160 employees in single and double rooms in long-term, transitional and short-term care as well as in dementia and psychiatric care.

We are looking for a committed and reliable individual for the position of Health Specialist 60 - 100%.

• Carrying out individual care, support and treatment interventions, ensuring the care process within the scope of competencies. Recognising changes and emergency situations and taking appropriate measures within the scope of competencies
• Ensuring daily activities for residents based on individual planning
• Co-responsible for smooth workflow in the department and appropriate execution of organisational tasks such as tidiness, ordering, cleaning, laundry procurement, etc.

• Training or further education as a Health Specialist; SRK recognition is mandatory for foreign professional qualifications
• High professional, social and personal competence
• You see yourself as part of a multiprofessional team and share responsibility for collaboration
• Good IT user skills (Word, Lobos, etc.)
