Your Role
- Lead Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development Globally: Oversee both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams, with more than 10 employees worldwide. As the leader of these two Centers of Excellence, you will set the strategic direction that aligns with our ambition to grow talent from within and position our company as a people magnet for top talent globally.
- Drive Global Talent Strategy and Transformation: Lead the design and execution of a world-class talent management strategy that aligns with our bold business ambitions. Cultivate a culture where talent flourishes, innovation thrives, and employees become passionate advocates of our brand worldwide.
- Champion Leadership Development and Succession Excellence: Build and evolve leadership pipelines globally, empowering current and future leaders to excel. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, partnering closely to identify critical talent risks and opportunities, and ensuring business continuity through agile talent solutions.
- Build and Nurture a Culture of Excellence and Teamwork: Create an environment that attracts, develops, and retains top talent by driving diversity. Inspire teams to deliver their best work through coaching, mentorship, and targeted development programs that build resilience and engagement across all regions. Foster an environment rooted in trust, transparency and accountability.
- Leverage Data and Innovation to Transform Talent Management: Integrate data driven insights and emerging technologies to improve strategic decisions as well as create a more engaging talent environment.
