For this, we develop strategic e-government basic services and connect specialized procedures, registers, and identities into seamless services.

Lead Solution Architect E-Government (m/f/d)

What to expect
- You are responsible for the service architecture of the e-government platform STREBAS and continuously develop it further
- You design and are responsible for how new digital administrative processes are structured and orchestrated
- You conceive concrete solution and integration architectures and assess their technical feasibility and operability
- You develop architectural specifications and solution designs as binding foundations for procurements and implementations by suppliers
- You review architecture and implementation concepts of external partners and ensure their integration into the overall architecture
- You clarify technology options, conduct reviews, and make fact-based decisions based on concepts, prototypes, or analyses
- You ensure the integration capability of STREBAS with platforms of municipalities, canton, and federal government and work directly with the respective architecture managers
What distinguishes you
- Higher education (FH/University) in computer science or equivalent education with a strong IT focus
- Several years of experience in software development, system integration, or solution design of distributed systems
- Experience with interfaces, APIs, data models, and system couplings
- Ability to concretely design architecture and assess it technically
- Understanding of error cases, operation, monitoring, and lifecycle of integrations
- Ability to work understandably with specialist departments, suppliers, and operations alike
- You argue with technical facts instead of method or framework buzzwords
