- Development of design and validation plans (CAD, CAE, 2D/3D) strictly respecting current standards and specifications
- Establishment of production plans following company processes
- Management and control of order progress
- Holder of a CFC as a draughtsman-constructor in the watchmaking sector
- Proficient in AutoCAD, ideally TopSolid
- Proven experience in watchmaking dies (non-negotiable)
- Precise, able to make technical decisions
- Respect for constraints, ability to adapt and find solutions
- Good knowledge of MS Office
