- You participate in demanding architectural projects of various sizes, complexities, and sectors: housing, laboratories, hospitals, industrial buildings, or urban projects.
- An important goal is data digitization: you will develop the methodology and carry out project cost planning digitally in collaboration with our BIM specialists and cost references from other sites in German-speaking Switzerland.
What you bring:
- Technical training in the building sector as a site manager, building planning technician, or architect.
- A degree in construction economics is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland in planning and estimating construction costs in building construction.
- Experience in a comparable role.
- Knowledge of Swiss standards and reference values.
- Knowledge of cost planning tools and methods (Vitruv) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems and find creative solutions
- Stress resistance, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
- Independent work and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Good knowledge of German; English is an advantage.
