You participate in demanding architectural projects of various sizes, complexities, and sectors: housing, laboratories, hospitals, industrial buildings, or urban projects.
An important goal is data digitization: you will develop the methodology and carry out project cost planning digitally in collaboration with our BIM specialists and cost references from other sites in German-speaking Switzerland.

What you bring:

Technical training in the building sector as a site manager, building planning technician, or architect.
A degree in construction economics is an advantage.
At least 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland in planning and estimating construction costs in building construction.
Experience in a comparable role.
Knowledge of Swiss standards and reference values.
Knowledge of cost planning tools and methods (Vitruv) is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to solve complex problems and find creative solutions
Stress resistance, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
Independent work and entrepreneurial spirit.
Good knowledge of German; English is an advantage.
