Your Tasks
- You perform general anaesthesia and regional anaesthesia on infants, children and adolescents in various highly specialised operative and interventional specialist areas under the delegation of a specialist doctor, including external assignments at USZ, WAGI site or Paul Scherrer Institute.
- Caring for patients in the shock room and in the internal resuscitation service in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team is one of your core tasks.
- You support the trainers in supervising students in the postgraduate anaesthesia programme.
- By regularly participating in internal and external training and further education, you keep your expertise up to date.
Your Profile
- Diploma in Nursing FH or HF
- Completed NDS in Anaesthesia Care
- Ideally, you have experience in paediatric anaesthesia or several years of professional experience in anaesthesia
- Willingness to take responsibility and make and support decisions
- Skill in dealing with patients and technology
- High social competence and empathy in dealing with children and their families
- Strong team spirit, flexibility and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
