- Independent commercial and technical management of a diverse property portfolio
- Management of property accounting including preparation of annual financial statements
- Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
- Organisation and handling of initial and re-lettings as well as apartment inspections and handovers
- Creation and management of residential and commercial lease agreements including attachments and amendments
- Preparation, execution and follow-up of condominium owners' meetings
- Active participation and support in projects in the field of property management
- Professional care and maintenance of personal, telephone and written contact with owners, tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities and caretakers
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- A Swiss federal diploma as a property manager or equivalent further training or ongoing education
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- An independent, responsible and service-oriented working style
- Confident appearance and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with property management software, ideally Garaio REM
- A confident written expression style
