Hello, we are KiMi. We operate more than 30 daycares, after-school care centers, and lunch tables in six cantons. As a group leader, you report to the operations management and are responsible for group and team leadership. You accompany and support the children and are the contact person for them and their parents. In addition to your administrative tasks, you develop interesting topics and activities for and with the children and organize exciting excursions. You are also responsible for the training of apprentices and interns in your group.

A big heart for children and ideally already experience as a group leader

A qualification as a childcare specialist (EFZ) or early childhood educator or an equivalent qualification (attach SBFI recognition)
