Industrial Foreman Division Automotive & Industrial 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You lead, motivate and develop a production team of around 17 employees and ensure efficient deployment planning.

• You are responsible for economical and quality-oriented manufacturing of technical compression springs.

• You plan, control and monitor the production processes and ensure timely and smooth production.

• You ensure that all quality standards, production specifications and defined workflows are consistently adhered to.

• You continuously optimise the production processes with the aim of sustainably increasing efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness.

• You work closely with the departments of development, quality assurance and purchasing and ensure smooth information flow.

• You monitor quality controls and inspections and carry them out yourself if necessary to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

• You ensure the consistent compliance with all relevant regulations, standards and guidelines, especially in the automotive sector.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training or equivalent qualification

• Further training as an industrial foreman or several years of experience in staff management

• Experience in dealing with modern production technologies

• Several years of professional experience in production

• Good knowledge in the field of quality control and quality assurance

• Independent and goal-oriented way of working

• Teamwork, communication skills and assertiveness
