Team Leader Picking (m/f/d)

• You coordinate the daily business together with the department head, act proactively and promote cross-departmental collaboration
• You independently lead a team of 10 to 15 employees and ensure a smooth process
• Active participation in goods dispatch as well as in picking is part of your tasks, as is the safe movement of goods using industrial trucks
• You are responsible for the quick and correct storage of goods in the right storage location
• You continuously monitor and evaluate performance indicators, and together with your team support the stock inventory
• All material movements are recorded in the system and delivery notes as well as loading papers are reliably processed
• Work safety, order and cleanliness in the warehouse are always ensured and additional tasks are taken on flexibly

• You have completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ or have at least five years of professional experience in logistics
• You hold a SUVA-recognised forklift licence and have good IT skills for daily work
• Confident spoken and written German skills enable clear communication in everyday work
• Reliability, accuracy and quick adaptability to new challenges characterise you
• You keep an overview and work solution-oriented even in stressful situations
• You already have initial leadership experience as well as an independent and structured way of working
• You enjoy teamwork, lead by example as a leader and know how to motivate employees
