Application Manager: Senior SAP Operations
Tasks
- You are responsible for 1st-/2nd-level support for SAP key users and end users according to the incident process (Jira), focusing on SAP Retail (MM/SD) as well as cross-departmental topics
- You support the SAP basis team with system monitoring, SAP user management, and other operational tasks
- You create, maintain, and update documentation to ensure knowledge transfer
- You coordinate collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and service providers
Requirements
- You have completed IT training and/or comparable further education
- You bring several years of experience as an SAP module administrator or supporter (SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA) in the mentioned modules and topics
- Ideally, you have experience in the retail environment
- You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional national languages are an advantage
- You work solution-oriented and convince with a strong service and customer focus
- You communicate proactively and appropriately with different stakeholders
