Your TasksYour Profile- Responsible for the breakfast buffet and guest orders- Completed vocational training as a cook- Preparing the mise en place for all stations according to the Executive Chef's specifications- Professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage- Ensuring a high level of service- Independent & reliable work, creativity, and passion- Following and adhering to emergency and safety regulations- Well-groomed appearance, physical resilience, and flexibility- Implementing the hygiene concept according to Eurofins, HACCP, and compliance with LQA, Forbes, and hotel standards- Care, accuracy, and pronounced service orientation
  • Inspiring, appreciative, and pleasant working atmosphere in a dynamic, responsible, and uncompromisingly committed team
  • Team events before, during, and after the winter season
  • Balanced food offerings in our staff restaurant "Le Bistro" with a rich selection during the winter season
