- You communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- You automate processes using scripting and create monthly reports for analysis and optimisation.
- You continuously optimise the monitoring tools to support and improve maintenance work.
- You drive the further development of the existing tool landscape, including monitoring, N-Central, CIPP, and MS Lighthouse/CSP, to meet current standards.
- You have at least four years of practical experience in a similar position.
- You have very good knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud / MS Azure / MS 365 environment.
- You have very good scripting skills (e.g. with PowerShell, Batch or Python).
- Ideally, you bring a basic understanding of programming (e.g. C# or Java), handling multi-tenant systems (multitenancy) or N-Central.
- You keep an overview even in hectic situations and are resilient, motivated, and a team player.
- You speak very good German (C2) and have very good English skills (at least B1).
- You are willing to perform IT on-call duty one week per month (outside office hours).
- You hold a category B driving licence.

Profile
- You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology/platform development or a comparable IT education including IT further training in the field of system technology (HF/FH/Uni).- You have at least four years of practical experience in a similar position.
