Customer Service Representative (DE/FR) Inbound

Your Tasks:

• You provide comprehensive and individual advice to customers on insurance topics in German and French
• You identify coverage gaps and guide customers towards the optimal solution
• For complex enquiries, you work closely with internal specialist departments
• Thanks to your sales flair, you specifically arouse interest in suitable offers

• Completed vocational training, ideally with initial sales experience
• Interest in health insurance, ideally with industry experience
• Training as an insurance intermediary VBV or willingness to complete it
• High customer and service orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and Italian or French
