You are responsible for selected business applications and ensure their reliable operation as well as continuous development.
You connect the business department and IT: you analyse business processes, identify optimisation potentials and translate requirements into suitable digital solutions.
You manage changes, releases, interfaces and smaller projects – from the idea through to implementation and introduction.
You coordinate internal specialists, software partners and external service providers to ensure smooth collaboration.
You analyse disruptions and data flows, support root cause analyses and ensure sustainable problem resolution.
You design integrations and automations and introduce modern approaches such as APIs, workflow automation or low-code solutions where they create real added value.
You document solutions and processes and support users with training and clear instructions.
Qualifications:
You have experience in application management, business analysis or supporting complex enterprise software.
You ideally know ERP or production systems and have a good understanding of business processes and their digital representation.
You bring technical understanding of databases, interfaces, APIs and integrations.
You have experience with change, release or project management and can bring together different stakeholders.
You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and enjoy critically questioning and improving existing solutions.
